For IT questions, you can contact us by phone, email or in person. Our "Infopoint", where you can visit us personally, is located in the RESOWI building, part GE. A digital assistant (ASK) is available around the clock for all IT questions regarding the university.
Infopoint for your personal support
Our Infopoint staff provides support for students and lecturers in the RESOWI and WALL training centers (providing information, advice and support at the Infopoint with regard to uniIT services) and takes care of the technical and organizational aspects of ensuring the operation of the training centers and the public devices on campus.
Opening hours uniIT Infopoint:
- Infopoint RESOWI, GE: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
