LimeSurvey at the University of Graz is moving into the next phase: LimeSurvey (version 6) is now available for you to create and conduct online surveys. The new version brings numerous improvements for survey creators and participants.

The previous platform (Version 3) will remain available for ongoing surveys, but will be phased out gradually.
Timetable for the transition
To ensure a smooth transition, the old and new systems will run in parallel for a transitional period:
- 31 July 2026: It will no longer be possible to create new surveys on the old LimeSurvey. Surveys already in progress can continue and be completed.
- 31 January 2027 The old LimeSurvey (Version 3) will be taken offline. From this date onwards, any surveys currently running on it will no longer be accessible, and any data stored there will be deleted.
Please ensure you back up your data from the old system (response data and, where applicable, survey structure) in good time!
