With a so-called PIN-code you can set a new password. To request a PIN-Code you have the following options:
- “Forgot your password?” via UNIGRAZonline:
Navigate to https://online.uni-graz.at and click on “Forgotten password”. The PIN code will be sent to the email address you have stored.
- In person at the RESOWI Infopoint (Universitätsstrasse 15, GE section, opening hours see https://it.uni-graz.at/), upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
Before redeeming your PIN code, clear your browser cache or use a different browser.
The PIN can be redeemed directly on the main page https://online.uni-graz.at/
Please note that synchronizing the new password on all other systems (uniLOGIN, webmail) takes a little time.
