To retrieve print jobs, you need the UNIGRAZCard. This card is issued by Academic Affairs and has to be prolonged every semester.

If you are a student and you have forgotten your UNIGRAZCard, you can use any card with a MiFare chip to print.

How to block your lost card

If you have lost your UNIGRAZCard, you can get it blocked at the Austrian Students' Union Service Centre or at Infopoint RESOWI. It is only possible to block a card by applying personally and presenting an ID card or by sending an e-mail from your Uni-Graz student e-mail account.

The new card must then be newly allocated to the Uni Graz account via one of the multi-function devices.

Alternatively, students can replace the former card allocation themselves by selecting a new card number. The old card is rendered invalid as soon as the new card is linked to the Uni Graz account using the multi-function device.
