uniIT provides a application server for the retrieval of virtual software for research and teaching purposes from your private working device. Access is possible outside the campus and also on operating systems other than Windows. Licences on the terminal server are limited and used for courses and practice sessions. Only a certain number of users can access the provided software simultaneously. Since most of the licences are expensive, they cannot be extended gratuitously and are therefore available only in the offered version.
