Reset multi-factor authentication (MFA)

If the installation did not work and the MFA needs to be reset, here is the information what to do

To reset 2-factor authentication, either use the youni APP or alternatively fill in the form below.

Form for manual MFA reset by uniIT (as soon as possible):

Via youni APP:

  • Open youni -> ‘Multi-factor authentication’
  • Click on the red recycle bin -> ‘Delete’
  •  Set up MFA again
