If the setup was unsuccessful or the smartphone was changed, a reset is required.
To reset multifactor authentication, either use the youni APP or alternatively fill in the form below.

Via youni App:
- Open youni -> ‘Multi-factor authentication’
- Click on the red recycle bin -> ‘Delete’
After a reset, visit https://mfa-setup.uni-graz.at/ (currently only available in German) to set up MFA anew.
