Describes how to create a VPN connection to the University of Graz’s network using an updated browser.

Short overview

You do not need a client installation to access the University’s network via the web portal UniVPN; it is accessed directly via the browser. You can use the portal to open websites (e.g. databases of the Main Library) as well as to install AnyConnect VPN Clients.

  1. Open https://univpn.uni-graz.at in the browser.
  2. Then, enter your access data in the following format:
    • Group: Students
    • Username: Uni Graz email address
    • Password: UNIGRAZonline password
