Short overview

  1. Click the switch icon and select Printers item.
  2. In the application, click Add.
  3. Then, select Network Printer and Windows Printer via SAMBA.
  4. Then enter the following server addresses:
    • 143.50.41.10/Canon_Farbe_Edu
    • 143.50.41.10/Canon_SW_Edu
  5. Then enter your access data:
    • Username: UNIGRAZonline username
    • Domain:  BZEDVZ
    • Password: UNIGRAZonline password
  6. Select Canon_Farbe_Edu and Canon_SW_Edu.as print server queues.
  7. Select Canon as the producer, and imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020i as the device.
    (The detailed instructions use the driver iR-ADV C2020i/2030i for the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2020i. Should this driver not be available in your Linux distribution, please select the closest possible printer. The Canon product website will help you with the selection.)
  8. The printer is now connected. Carry out individual settings as required.
